Approximately 20 years ago Alexandros Avatangelos and Gerard Margeon had a vision to create the best Greek wine with indigenous varieties in a unique setting, the island of Tinos.
With a production that exceeds 20.000 bottles per year « Tiniaki Ampelones» wines have established the worldwide respect they deserve.
The initial planting of the vineyard took place in 2002, and production began six years later.

T-oinos wines are derived from four vineyards of a total planted area of 13 hectares, on a sandy soil with granite bedrock, located on the outskirts of Falatados village, in Stegasta and Rassonas. The white grape varieties are Malagouzia and Asyrtiko, while the red ones are Mavrotragano and Avgoustiatis. The goal of everyone involved in T-oinos is to express the dynamics of each variety through the terroir in the best possible way giving great emphasis in their freshness, their mineral aromas and their durability.
